 Proposed solution

To enable real-time visibility of deliveries performed by Samsung SDS's logistics vendors, McEasy proposes the implementation of an EDI integration via AS2 protocol. This integration will support order creation through ORDTRK messages and continuous GPS data sharing through GPSINF messages. Vendors using McEasy GPS will transmit data directly, while non-McEasy GPS vendors may integrate via GPS data EDI or be required to switch to McEasy hardware if integration fails.

 Success Criteria

  • Successful receipt and processing of ORDTRK messages via AS2 protocol.

  • Automatic creation of orders (FOs) in McEasy system based on ORDTRK data.

  • GPS data successfully shared from McEasy to Samsung SDS every 5 minutes in GPSINF format.

  • Secure and reliable data transmission via AS2 with verified digital signatures and MDNs.

  • Successful testing and go-live

Details

As a Samsung SDS system, I want to send an ORDTRK message to McEasy so that a delivery order is created in McEasy.

Brief

Dari story ini user mampu mengirim ORDTRK message ke McEasy melalui EDI yang berisi informasi FO

User Flow

  1. Samsung composes an ORDTRK file.

  2. ORDTRK file is transmitted via AS2.

  3. McEasy receives and parses the file.

  4. McEasy creates a new FO (Field Order).

Expected Results

FO is successfully created in McEasy with accurate mapping of all relevant fields (e.g. truck number, driver, shipper ID).

As Samsung SDS, I want to request GPSINF data from McEasy every 5 minutes so that I can track vendor delivery locations in near real-time.

Brief

Dari story ini user mampu mengirim request untuk mendapatkan update GPS kendaraan berupa GPSINF per lima menit.

User Flow

  1. Samsung identifies active delivery orders.

  2. Every 5 minutes, Samsung sends a request to the McEasy GPSINF endpoint.

  3. McEasy responds with the latest GPS data for the requested delivery.

  4. Samsung processes and maps the data into Cello TMS.

Expected Results

GPSINF responses are received successfully with accurate and timely location data, enabling visibility in Cello TMS.
