Enabling Multi-Branches and Group Management can provide helicopter view / centralization in order to manage and monitor fleets across several different branches. Branch can access relevant data for their specific location, while the HO/ central team retains an overall view.

User Persona and Current State

  1. Industry/Segments: Principal Brand Owner (memiliki beberapa regional area distribution center), Financial (Bank/Leasing; memiliki beberapa kantor cabang & wilayah), Logistics Provider (memiliki beberapa pool dan operasional nya diatur tiap pool).

  2. Potential Customers: BRI, Paragon, Samator, Tanto, Corin

  3. Company Size: Large - Enterprise

  4. User Role: Holding (HO), Subsidiary (Branches), Group Management (Admin, Pengguna, Pemantau)

  5. Pain points:

    1. Time consuming: HO administrator needs to check and open subdomain one by one (not efficient)

    2. Data Silos: Without access to multi-branch data, each branch may operate as a separate silo with its own set of data and processes. This can result in duplicated efforts, inconsistencies in data, and difficulties in collaboration between branches.

    3. Inaccurate Reporting: Reporting and analysis may be hindered by the inability to access comprehensive data from all branches. HO Users may struggle to generate accurate reports and insights, leading to suboptimal decision-making and strategic planning.

    1. Establish a hierarchy for different branches within the system. Manage and control all branch activities under main branch.

    2. Restrict access to specific data and functionalities based on user level.

    3. Consolidated reporting: Systemize and consolidated all the branches into a single main account and monitor day to day activity in every branch using overall dashboard reports. Giving user better and faster results that help their business.
